Carry out construction of a medical centre and pharmacy at Ellenbrook. The tender plans were unclear and didn’t show the full requirements of AS3003:2018. Working closely with the builder and using our experience and technical knowledge we were able to price accurately and provide clear and detailed information as to what was required and the best way to achieve it. We were also able to offer cost savings to help come in within budget. The practice has 14 consult / treatment rooms, 2 receptions, car park lighting and a separate tenancy for the pharmacy.
